Jet Ski Racer Aids Katrina Victims

DALLAS, TX, September 23, 2005 — The associates and executive management team at the nation’s leading business and technology service provider Pinnacle Technical Resources, Inc., contributed to the Katrina relief effort today, in support of the 300,000 New Orleans residents who were left homeless by the hurricane.

In collaboration with Milford Church of Christ in Ohio, Pinnacle donated 4,700 lbs. of clothing and personal items to a nearby Goodwill, a non-profit organization contributing to disasters such as Katrina throughout the nation.

Freddy Vaca, Sr. Vice President said “We have to do our part in the community no matter how big or small the contribution may be. When people are devastated by a natural disaster, it is our duty as humane individuals to lend a helping hand, we must do everything within our abilities to reach out to them even if that means calling in a few favors.  We are in the people business; our business is only as good as we treat people.”

Freddy Vaca and wife Stacy Vaca were instrumental in orchestrating a reunion between a woman and her spouse, who were separated during Louisiana’s evacuations before hurricane Katrina struck. After thorough investigations and sponsored transportation, Pinnacle and the Vaca’s were able to unite the couple in San Antonio, where a local news station covered the story.
