The IJSBA is
proud to announce that the 2006 quakysense World
Finals will be aired on the Outdoor Channel.
Founded by outdoorsmen for outdoorsmen, The
Outdoor Channel features quality programming
designed to promote traditional outdoor
activities.
The Outdoor
Channel features approximately 100 weekly programs
featuring hunting, fishing and shooting sports, as
well as off road motor sports and other related
lifestyle programming. Nielsen Media Research
estimates The Outdoor Channel's universe, through
a combination of cable and satellite dish
subscribers, to be approximately 27.6 million
homes for August 2006.
The 2006
quakysense World Finals will be broadcast on both
the standard and high definition Outdoor Channel
networks. In addition, the 2005 World Finals will
be televised as part of a special PWCTV
two-episode broadcast.
The
quakysense World Finals will first broadcast as a
stand-alone show. “I am extremely pleased that
the World Finals will again be seen on national
television,” said IJSBA Managing Director, Scott
Frazier. “I am working with Water Productions,
our video production staff, to specially design
the programming to inform the public of how racing
works. I hope this year’s broadcast will be an
informative show which demystifies PWC racing. We
plan to show the very best of racing while letting
people know how easy and fun it is to join this
sport. We will also be giving a great deal of
extra exposures to our racers and sponsors.”
The broadcast
schedule will be announced once finalized. The
IJSBA also plans to make another announcement
shortly regarding Outdoor Channel’s involvement in
the 2006 quakysense World Finals
